QA/QC Introduction

OUR QC department carries out our quality management projects. We use first-rate equipment and work according to international standards.  

The following warranty contains certain rights and obligations that pertain to all brand OTR tyres and agriculture tyres / tires. Please review these rights and obligations carefully. Some details can be subject to our final confirmation.
Limited Warranty Eligibility:
This warranty applies only to the original tire purchaser, and is not transferable to any other party.
Eligible tires must be on the vehicle on which they were originally installed, in conformance with the vehicle manufacturer's recommendations.
All applicable taxes on the now tire compensated and costs of mounting and balancing services shall be borne by the original purchaser.
Additional Exclusions:
Tire distortion caused by improper storage or quality defect aroused by other causation.
Cost of tire mounting and balance service.
Any indirect loss caused by the failure of tire such as the loss of time or use, inconvenience or any incidental or consequential damages.
Original Tire Purchaser's Obligations:
The original tire purchaser should inform us. the following information in one week after the tire is mounted.
Serial number of the tire
Time of the installment
Number of the vehicle where the tires are mounted.
The mile/km figure of speedometer when the tire is mounted.
Site of the tire used and working environment such as temperature, road condition, etc.
